Set Up Your Ledger Hardware Wallet

1. Unbox your Ledger Nano S or Ledger Nano X.

2. Connect it to your computer using the included USB cable.

3. Follow on‑screen instructions on the device to:

• Choose and confirm a PIN

• Write down your 24‑word recovery phrase

• Verify the phrase on the device

This 24‑word phrase acts as your Ledger Live backup. It is the only way to restore your wallet if the device is lost, damaged, or reset.

Store the phrase offline in a secure location. Never type it into a website, app, or digital note.
